through established roundtable discussion groups continues to be a key benefit
for Council members. Each of the roundtable groups meets monthly for lunch,
providing a unique opportunity for peer professionals from different companies
to share best practices, learn from the experience of others, and test new
ideas.
Participation enhances the personal development of the professionals involved and the effectiveness of their organizations.
The Employers Council staff currently facilitates the following four roundtable groups: Plant Manager, Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Specialist, and Senior Human Resource Executive.
