"Detailed and accurate compensation and wage data is one of the key comparison points for many companies that are considering expansion or relocation to Utah. Without it, these companies can’t make accurate decisions. Over the years, The Employers Council has been an important source of such information." Each year, the Employers Council conducts local surveys identifying prevailing wage patterns in Utah. We have published the results for over 60 years. Members of the Council receive substantial price discounts on published survey results.
  • Utah Compensation Survey: 185 jobs surveyed with demographics for: Size; Location; and Industry; plus salary range information, entry-level rates, variable pay, job match; and salary budget increases, premium rates, absenteeism & turnover
  • Executive Compensation Survey: Average salaries, bonuses, and perquisites for 15 executive positions
  • Policy & Benefit Practices Survey: Includes over 300 questions covering a full range of personnel policies and benefit practices of Utah employers
  • National Surveys: The Council co-sponsors these surveys along with our sister-associations. The report is intended to provide to the Utah business community hard-to-find local data and national data in a cost-effective publication:
