Responsibilities:
- Maintain harmony with customers
- Implement quality checks at every step of the production process
- Maintain quality control in warehouse and among coworkers
- Stay abreast with advancements in the industry and environment changes
- Inform human resources about any open position that can lead to new hires or promotions
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in roofing production management or related industries, preferably with excellent documentation of successes (degrees also accepted).
